What was Pumpkin Week 1.0 missing?
Liquor! (Too easy, I know.)

I came up with this deliciously pumpkin drink using what I had on hand in our bar, but as it turns out, it's pretty similar to most versions of a Pumpkin Pie Martini. Cinnamon, nutmeg, a hint of chocolate, and of course, the star of the show, pumpkin, come together to really taste an awful lot like liquid pumpkin pie. With a kick, of course.
1 oz creme de cacao (chocolate liqueur)
1.5 Tablespoon pumpkin puree
1 oz milk or cream
Generous dash pumpkin pie spice
Combine everything in a cocktail shaker. Pre-mix a little bit with a spoon to break up the pumpkin. Add ice and shake!
Strain into a martini glass or large champagne flute. Garnish with pumpkin pie spice or a cinnamon stick.
